Try and see what Aizen-sama thinks about that. Although the day a mortal will be able to change his mind will be made into an international celebration.
And I don't believe that I'll be able to sway him on the first pass. But I'm sure I can apply to his sense of logic and hopefully something will get through. Or he can persuade me to see things from his perspective. I'm really fine with either of them.
