He really hated sakura. Ever since Mukuro, he could not stand the sight of it. One day, being in an especially bad mood, he had ripped apart one of those trees. His clothes had reeked of sakura for weeks after, no matter how many times he had them washed. From that day on, he preferred to keep his distance from them. He made the sakura viewing festival a wonderful excuse to let all of his frustration out on the people who were crowding.
And the girl who tried asking him out forever remembered the peril behind the words "sakura mochi".
