Yu-Gi-Oh
01: What got you into this fandom in the first place?
It was on in the mornings when I was getting ready for school? And on the evenings when I got back from school, too. At least that's how it caught my attention. Cardgames. Kaiba. Monsters. Egyptian bling. Bakura. Malik. I came in looking to kill the time. And I stayed for the drama. And the Ejipshun bling. Like many a kid at that time, I was fascinated with ancient stuff.
02: Do you think you'll stay in this fandom or eventually move on?
I can safely say that I'm anchored here to stay. I spent years in this fandom; got through highschool with it. I would even venture to say that it also started my fascination with the Japanese language and culture.
Also, I've yet to read the manga.
03: Favorite episodes/books/movies/etc.?
Doma arc hands down. I know many dislike it. My all-time favourite moment was Yami losing a children's card game. I danced in glee. *gets ready to dodge flying objects*
Also, anything with Amelda. And Yami Bakura. askdkdkggh;;; BAKURA.
04: Do you participate in this fandom (fanfiction, graphics, discussions)?
YES. Fanfic, icons, fanart, RP, AMVs. You name it. Though I've kinda given up on the last three.
05: Do you think that more people should get into this fandom?
I don't see why not. Sure, it may be 200+ episodes long (and I won't even mention the manga), and the plot might be made of holes, but come on! Ejipshun bling. And cardgames. And psychos. What more could you want?
Yami no Matsuei
01: What got you into this fandom in the first place?
I don't even rightfully remember. I think I saw an AMV of it on YouTube. Might have seen a few icons, too. I then read up on it a little bit and then I mentioned to someone here on eL-Jay that I've been meaning to get into the fandom. After some gushing praise, I was convinced and gave it a try.
02: Do you think you'll stay in this fandom or eventually move on?
I'm staying, definitely. Usually when I join a fandom, I join it to stay.
03: Favorite episodes/books/movies/etc.?
HISOKA IN WIRES. I don't hate Hisoka, I really don't. That episode was just so... emotionally charged. askdghaskdfff;; It's really the only one that I remember best of all.
04: Do you participate in this fandom (fanfiction, graphics, discussions)?
Fanfic and icons, yes. Though mostly icons and the only fic I wrote was... Muraki/Saki in fifty sentences. I have some really odd pairings among my favourites, okay?
05: Do you think that more people should get into this fandom?
Why not? I can't say it's overpopulated. Quite the contrary, in fact. More love for it wouldn't hurt.
Bleach
01: What got you into this fandom in the first place?
Bleach. Oh, god. Bleach. It's a rant on its own.
I was really determined to not get involved into something as mainstream as Bleach (and Naruto). But one of my friends was so into it, she was constantly drawing stuff (she's got a great style) for it, constantly referencing the show. I held out a year after that and finally decided to see what was so terrific about the show.
I stayed for the Quincy.
02: Do you think you'll stay in this fandom or eventually move on?
DO I HAVE ANY OTHER CHOICE BUT TO STAY???? Seriously. Even though I find that I'm really starting to hate Kubo, I just can't look away from the manga. It's like a trainwreck.
03: Favorite episodes/books/movies/etc.?
Anything involving Ishida. And Ulquiorra. And Szayel. And... Halibel and Grimmjow CAN make out, after all. No kids-with-braces effect there. 8D
I've gotten quite indifferent to it, and yet whenever I see that a new chapter's out, I can't help muself but to look.

Yes to fanfic and icons. (Okay, so there's my previous header in that count, too.)

NO!!! STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM IT AS POSSIBLE! IT'S WORSE THAN CRACK AND LSD COMBINED. IT EATS YOUR BRAIN AWAY AND LEAVES YOU AS AN EMPTY SHELL. STACK UP ON PROVISION, BARRICADE YOUR DOORS, NAIL YOUR WINDOWS SHUT, AND GET YOUR FLAMETHROWERS READY.
