• a nature photographer. My goal is to make a picture book, but I don't have the finances for a good professional camera. And I'm not even talking about financing the publishing of such a book. Fuck you, bureaucracy. Fuck you sideways thrice and backwards five times. =/
• spazzy fangirl with ADD. I can't stay interested in one fandom for too long. This is mostly because after having YGO as my main fandom for years, with all the new stuff coming in so rapidly I just can't keep up creatively. I have so many fic ideas, they just burn me out. ;_;
• fic writer. I store them all at the Pit. No, I'm not afraid of the voles trawling there. I can trawl them right back, if the need be. But there never seems to be the need. o_o
• icon maker.

• a Grammar Nazi who just invoked Godwin's Law. :D
• painting myself in worse light than I actually am.

One of the pairings I secretly obsess over is Seifer/Squall. But ONLY when done right. I don't see them as a lovey-dovey couple. To me they are exactly how they are in the game, competitive and strong willed. But in that, comes attraction.
My favorite het pairing is Yuki/Zero from Vampire Knight. @_@ hardcore...my ex and I ever cosplayed them. xD I will read certain Zero/Kaname as well...as long as it's not too out of character.. like "OH THEY'RE BEEN DATING FOR YEARS AND ZERO ABSOLUTELY LOVES KANAME" @_@
I also enjoy Fuuma/Kamui and Seishiro/Subaru...in the same way I enjoy Squall/Seifer. It's not love. Well...Seishiro and Subaru might be love...but to me I see both of them as more feral, dominant relations.
I also used to really like certain Muraki/Asato, and one of my favorite fics of all times was Muraki/Hisoka...but that's because it was so extremely violent and weird~ @__@
OUTSIDE of animanga.... Richard/Justin from Murder by Numbers...holy shit...because the way they act in the movie...it's too perfect !
These are the only pairing I can think of off the top of my head that I actually LOOK for. But given a good story and the correct portrayal of characters, I could probably enjoy any pairing...well.. not ANY but yeah..I'm always up for people suggesting good fics !

As long as it's not trollwork and is a good read, I'm in. Though I generally prefer the more dark, morbid, and angsty end of the spectrum. Hardcore sex is always welcome. If it's in line with the character's canon personality, all the more power to the author.
Insta-love for any reason if it's not compliant with canon characterisation is something that gets me to hit back button out of any fic, no matter how much I would like the pairing. ESPECIALLY if I like the pairing. I came in to read about my edgy kickass chacaters, not wangsty teenagers, thankyouverymuch.
I haven't gone looking for any VK fic yet and I haven't checked back with the X fandom in a while, so I don't even remember what I liked there. But Zero/Kaname would be right up my alley in that 'Imma gnaw through your throat, bitch' way. I can see violent gun kink there.
Sei/Sub... I don't think I've ever read any fic for this pairing. Since I'm mainly writing tame introspective stuff for this fandom, I haven't gone exploring beyond that. Though I ship Fuuma/frog. xD
Anything with Muraki being, well, Muraki is win in my book. Apparently I have a thing for glasses-wearing evil doctors and trigger-happy people.
Suddenly I don't remember if I've written that Muraki/Seishirou fic yet. u_uI'm not that well-versed in FFVIII; I mostly trawl the wastes of FFVII where I ship Kadaj/Yazoo, Yazoo/Cloud, Yazoo/Reno, and I'm sorry, but Reno/Shelke. Idek why, but I find it more appealing than Vincent/Shelke even if the latter has more basis in canon and would make more sense.
The rest of my ships is mostly animanga. Sanzo/Gojyo from Saiyuki. Sai/Sasuke from Naruto (again, makes no damn sense, but. One manga panel was more than enough to sell me on this.) And a crapload from Yuugiou, each crazier than the previous one. xD
And I have surprisingly few het pairings. Yuri is basically non-existant on my list. O.o
Pairing-wise, I have quite a bit of incestuous pairings on my list. Among my kinks would be gun play, blood play, bondage, pointless violence, dubcon to noncon.
If it's written well, chances are I'll read it. I'm not too picky on either genres or contents, though I avoid fluffy fic like the plague and try to pass up on most humour fics as well. That and extreme kinks like mutilation, scat, guro (a bit lenient on the latter; all depends on how it's written). I just haven't managed to find any that would keep the characters believable.

I don't read much yuri..but there are pairing I like PICTURES of...just... Yuri fics are usually written terribly.
You seem to be interested in things along the same lines as I am. Know of any good fics I might like ? Even if there is no huge plot I like them. So long as it's not thrown straight into random sex, without explanation right at the begining. :|
