it's not stupid to not have heard of something, haha. it's this prank kids play on each other where they twist each other's nipples to get an "OMG OW YOU ASSHOLE ;O;" reaction. which i guess wasn't necessarily what you intended in the story but my immature mind immediately went there and found it funny.
