Watch me attempting to cook meat. As I generally don't do that - what with me being a pseudo-vegetarian and whatnot - but having a sudden craving for chicken, I'm trying to make some.
I have a terrible suspicion that I've added too little spices. And perhaps letting it soak into that oil-curry-garlic-salt mix isn't the brightest of ideas.
Also, soy sauce. Isn't really the end-all be-all. Really.
Tomorrow will show how edible it is.
